Islands & Rick Ross: The Best Band T-Shirt Ever?

BAWSE!!!

I purchased this T-shirt Sunday night at Islands’ show at Mississippi Studios in northeast Portland. The shirt sadly eclipsed the show as the highlight of my evening.

Islands frontman Nick Thorburn was in a “weird” mood, he told the audience. Perhaps that explained why the set was so low energy. My lack of college basketball knowledge plus my weakness for underdogs and mid-majors made this year’s bracket a landmine. Ironically, my bracket bloodbath will undoubtedly allow me to enjoy the tournament more the next two weeks because I will root for upsets, with no regard for how they impact my bracket.
